1. Parties and Acceptance
These terms govern use of the Scholly school management platform provided by Nawrec Edtech OÜ (Estonia) by institutions and users. By using the platform, you accept these terms.
2. Description of Service
Scholly is a cloud-based school management platform including modules such as student enrollment, academic tracking, attendance/access, finance, HR, development/guidance (Pusula, Guidly), and communication. It is accessible via web and mobile (iOS/Android).
3. Accounts and Roles
Access is role-based (admin, staff, teacher, student, parent). You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity under it. Ensuring the accuracy of information is the institution's responsibility.
4. Pricing
$5 per student / month. Use by administrative and academic staff is free.
All modules are included; setup and training support are provided. Corporate discounts and special terms are stated in the official offer.
Billing, start date, and payment terms are defined in the agreement with the institution. Specific payment and cancellation terms are set out in that agreement.
5. Acceptable Use
You will use the platform only for lawful and contractual purposes. Unauthorized access, malicious use, processing data beyond its purpose, or infringing third-party rights is prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
The Scholly software, brand, and content belong to Nawrec Edtech OÜ. The institution is granted only a limited, non-transferable right of use for the duration of the service. Data entered by the institution belongs to the institution.
7. Data and Privacy
Processing of personal data is carried out under our Privacy Policy. The school is the controller for student/parent data it enters; Scholly is the processor.
8. Service Continuity
We strive to provide the service with reasonable continuity; temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or force majeure. Any specific service levels are defined in the corporate agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages; our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
The parties may terminate the agreement in accordance with the terms set out in the agreement. Post-termination data export and deletion are subject to the retention period in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These terms are interpreted under Estonian law; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Harju County Court.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced appropriately.
